There are true pasture pig , and what that means is that they are grazed and they have mainly a grass diet , which in turn leads to a healthier meat and it also helps to reduce feeding cost at the same time...
The pigs are docile and they actually thrive on human interactions , it makes them to be a perfect animal for family that really wish to involve their children with the raising of animals.
They tend to be around 1/3 of the size of the average commercial pigs and that makes them to be much easier and safer to manage..

Pigs are amazing creatures. They are highly intelligent and have a strong emotional capacity. They are also very clean animals, and they make great additions to any farm.
I love taking care of pigs because they are such social creatures. They love to play and interact with their surroundings. They are also very curious animals, and they are always exploring their environment. Pigs are a joy to take care of.
