It looks great, we have a small garden from the family, I want to build a similar house there, but should I prefer wood? I am undecided about this, because of some insects in the garden, they can hide themselves better in wood.

Thank you. yes, termites and other insect are to be taken into consideration.
a wooden house is not for eternity. It is to serve its purpose and then go back to become organic material.
