This land is one of the lands my family owns. It's the closest to our resident. So, a lot of planting have been carried out on it. Unfortunately, we never had the opportunity to enjoy what we, my parents specifically planted on it because of hoodlums.
My parents had planted different types of crops on it and we end up getting little or nothing. Just call it left- overs, for what they sweat to cultivate.
This is a definition of " monkey dey work, bamboo dey chop". Because tell me why these thieves wouldn't let us enjoy what we grew. They will help us to harvest them.
No amount of curse words or swearing can stop these wicked acts. Human beings just like seeing their fellow beings suffer. And it's so sad.
Sometimes, I wonder if we're not deserving to reap from where we sow. My dad work hard to plant those crops. He would leave the house in the morning and returned in the evening all because he wants to tend to and or plant new crops.
I do not have much to say but let me put this clear...
"When you make other people suffer you're also suffering".
