Hello Hive

I hope that we are enjoying the weekend and resting properly.

Just yesterday I noticed that alot of people believe that whenever they are short on blood, the first emergency approach is to drink malt and milk mixed together. That was what I have been taught since childhood. When I became a teenager I was told to eat raw tomatoes or the tomato paste sold in the market. They equally believe that since tomatoes paste were red in color they also have the tendency to boost ones blood level. Growing older I realized that all these things were not true.

In order for our bodies to produce the blood we need, they need the presence of certain minerals and vitamins like Folate, Vitamin B and folic acid. Once these are absent in the body, your body cannot produce blood hence it isn't the mixing of malt and milk that makes the body produces blood but the availability of these minerals and vitamins.

Mixing malt and milk would not give anyone the amount of those needed vita jna and minerals, the cheapest source of these things is the fluted pumpkins we have here.

Eating substantial amount of this particular vegetables can help stabilize and improve on ones low blood level. Yesterday I have to harvest and share some of my fluted pumpkins leaves again for a neighbor whose son is short on blood and sick.

I have her a bit of enlightenment regarding this and she has promised to grow some at home too. If more people can realize and grow healthy veggies like this it will be easy to kick out certain sickness. Growing fluted pumpkins can be easy and I will be showing us some more process on how to do this when I purchase some more seeds to plant.
