Episode 3 is now here!

Living out in the wilderness can have its advantages, but it also brings a lot of animals that you may not encounter as easily in the city. In this episode, we show you some of why snake safety is so important to us, and we try our first Cave City watermelon as well. Hope y'all like the full length intro on this one. Enjoy the show!

"Whats the most dangerous thing in my garden", you ask?

Why me, of course, just ask any of my dead plants :D

lol, that's hilarious... (and sad)

That's me! Hilarious and sad :D

Potato/tomato plants are the most dangerous in mine. We don't have poisonous snakes thankfully, just poisonous plants.

Same here. I'm covered in wild poisonous belladonnas, and because I save my own seeds, every year I wonder if the first tomato I eat is the one that cross pollinated and sends me to the hospital.

It depends...

For the vegetables, it's groundhogs.

For the chickens, it's fishers.

For the predators, it's me.

For me, it's probably belladonnas. Nightshade, horse nettle, and some other small belladonna I haven't identified yet grow prolifically around here, and because I save my own seeds, I worry about cross pollination with my tomatoes and peppers.
