Greetings!
The long-awaited planting season has just begun in my area with the herald of the rainy season. When I heard the sound of the rain on the roof of my house, I was so astonished by the early commencement of the rainy season even in the second month of the year, which is the month of February.
So, the raining season which signifies the commencement of the planting season in our area and this was prompted me to going to the market to getting the seedlings for both vegetables and pepper, but on getting to the market, I was only able to get that of the veggies and for me to get that of the pepper proved difficult and as a result, I went to those selling dried pepper and when i got there, i bought the dried pepper with the aim of using the pepper seeds for planting.
So, when I got home, I went to a free space inside my compound to clear the space and afterwards, I filled the ground, which was made easy due to the soft ground being watered by rain. So, after the tilling, I poured the vegetables seeds inside one of our plastic plates and mixed it with soil and after I had done this, I spread it on the already tilled ground and watered it for easy germination.
Immediately after, the planting of the vegetable seeds, I moved to another portion of land space in the compound and I also tilled the land as I have done with that of the vegetable and afterwards, I tour the pepper into pieces and took out the seeds and planted it on the tilled soil and did the same as I have done with the vegetables which is by watering.
Now, I have planted both my vegetables and the pepper in my small garden, and I have also watered both, the next thing for me now is to continually weed it and water it everyday. Which I believe in the next few weeks I will harvest both for eating.
