Greetings and blessings, brothers of the "Christian Fellowship" community. It is an honor for me to share with you my first message of Christian reflection.
Unity in God's people plays a very important role in the eyes of our God. The Lord is pleased that his people unite and remain in harmony. God looks at all this with pleasure. King David wrote it in Psalm 133:
1! Look how good and how delicious it is to inhabit the brothers together in harmony! 2 It is like the good oil on the head, which descends on the beard, the beard of Aaron, and goes down to the edge of his clothes; 3 Like the dew of Hermon, which descends upon the mountains of Zion; Because there Jehovah sends blessings and eternal life. Psalms 133 King James Version (RVR1960).
As we can well read in this psalm, the unity of God's people is seen by our heavenly Father as good and delicious. Just as we like our blood family to be united, just as God likes that his family bought with the blood of Christ, also unite.
God is a true gentleman, and he likes to live where harmony abounds. God compares the harmony of his people as the good perfume that descends on the head of the priest and descends to the edge of his clothing. Unity and harmony is like a perfume that pleases God and goes up to his sanctuary.
Similarly, for our heavenly Father, unity and harmony are refreshing, compared to the dew that descends on the mountains of Zion. The word says that when people dwell in unity and harmony, there God sends blessings and eternal life.
It is wonderful to be in the house of God, without strife or gossip, but in healthy peace and overflowing brotherly love. In that unity, God sends health, power, wisdom, and gives us the ability to solve our problems. It is important to note that if there is no harmony in God's people, this can stop the blessings that God has prepared for each of us.
