I used to do planks, but that was ages ago. LOL

I do, however, run on the treadmill at least three to four times every week. I wish I could do more and return to Zumba and Kpop dancing, but life commitments get in the way, big time.

Planking exercise are one of my favorite, doing it more and longer almost feel like a whole body exercise even in a still position. 😅

But hey, as long as we're able, let's try and redo our old habits! 😁 And I'm sure you can do it. Imagine waking up on your alarm clock Tick! Tick! Tick! and without opening your eyes, still in bed, you'll go to your Prone Position raise your arms upward and do a 30 second plank! 🤣
