A little about myself

I am @beauty197, a nurse in profession practicing for the past 19 years, I love health topics and will always come around this community.

Physical activity is vital

So many people do not understand what physical activities really mean. In fact, some misunderstand physical activities for healthy living with the stress of life, lack of physical activity can affect one health in a very bad way, in this writeup, I will use my experience as an example.
Physical activities include cycling, taking a walk, skipping, and doing a jumping jack.


I always engage in physical activities like cycling and skipping, I do it twice every week and I also do some indoor exercise daily, a few months ago I had a lot of activities on my table and I started skipping my physical activity, gradually I started gaining lots of weight and my health condition started getting worse, am an endometriosis patient and exercise has helped me to manage this health condition for years, just a few months I stopped physical activities the growth become more massive than before, the pain increased to a large extent and I added lots of weight.

Immediately, I resumed my physical activity, and I started getting better, Also, I lost some weight.

While I make sure that I follow my physical activity routine I always follow up with some healthy fruits that will help the body remain healthy and strong.

So many people today ignore the importance of physical activity, which is why we have increased rates of cardiovascular disease, increased number of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, and many more in the world, physical activity helps to stretch the body and also reduces the accumulation of unnecessary fat and oil that can increase the rate of cholesterol, physical activity also helps to prevent other illnesses like asthma and diabetes.

Physical activity also helps the skin to glow and makes one look more handsome and beautiful.
It also helps the brain to function better and helps to solve some difficult tasks, anyone who always engages in physical activity will always have a course of rejoicing.

Consistency is the key.

So many people, when they visit a doctor, the doctor will highlight so much physical activity some will automatically ignore it with the excuse that they don't have time, while others will decide to start but will stop in the long run.

Inconsistency in physical activity will make it very difficult to achieve the goal of health, and it would also cause more harm than good, inconsistent physical activity can lead to obesity and some other health issues.

Some people don't know that physical activities can cure some minor sicknesses, personally, whenever I am feeling a bit sick, immediately, I get involved in some jumping jack. I will be better without a single drug, and physical activity consistently can make us stay away from the hospital.

Another vital reason why everyone, even old people, needs physical activity is because it helps to regulate the blood flow from the heart to the body and it also helps to regulate the blood pressure and heart rate, it also helps to keep you happy always.
I always and will always advise people to please no matter how busy you are, do not stop your physical activity because it will help you.

Cycling and skipping are such a great activity. Being a nurse you have to be more active than many of us and you need the stamina to be active. You did great by taking your health as a priority. Good job.
