Yes you wouldnt know someone with a repaired cleft because it will look so normal except you pay keen attention and you will notice a scar but i believe as the child grows to am adult the scar must have cleared.
The ill treatment metted on those innocent children were real over here and since i did'nt have the knowledge i have now i believed and we will never even go close to a baby of such.
