The act of eating healthy is very important cause its the predetermine factor of a healthy living, most times we are always very careless about what we eat, just to please ourselves, not minding what effect it will have on us in the long run, first of all to stay healthy and fit means to be conscious of what we eat, drink and taking care of our body in general, if all the systems and organs in our system are up amd running they will produce enough white and red blood cells to keep us active and healthy fighting germs here and there, especially among children.

Eating healthy should be a habit we as parents Inculcate into their eating habit on time, like eating fruits and vegetables, drinking enough water, exercising often, and having a good rest.

This was a routine i started when i was living with my aunt, i prepare the kids breakfast , launch and dinner, i made sure they eat light in the morning then i packed their launch most times noodles and most importantly we include fruits in their launch pack, their diet was very important.

And when they return, they have to take a nap and when they wake after homework they can play outside as a form of exercise then they can have some milk or snack or something light before evening, my Dad also was a lover of eating fruits, most times in the evening he will always return home with a bunch of fruits so after dinner we all would eat.

This was a family routine and we continued that way, so it wasn't really a thing of much talk cause while the children grow up we made sure we introduce this healthy meals to them both before and after school hours, they grew up to love it and the results are wonderful, which is why i would also recommend to parents to start very early and teach their kids the habit of eating healthy, apart from making them vibrant, smart and good-looking its helps their entire system to be healthy.

Kids immune system isn't that strong yet, thats why they easily fall sick or contact air or water-bourne illness, but if they are guided early enough to be conscious of what they eat, it helps the body produce enough immune antibodies to fight off any bacteria that could affect them.

Over time as they grow we see how excellent they become both in class and in every other aspect, they look good, smooth skin, bright eyes, and very smart and intelligent, all of the diet add up to making your child the best, and they master the act as they grow to adulthood. The benefits are numerous.

I see some parents just trying to get all sugery, nice chocolate and junk food to thier children which is not always advisable, just once in a while but make sure to always ensure they eat well and healthy.

Introducing fruits and vegetables into kids diet is a game changer. Even as an adult, I make sure to eat healthier and so any child I have with me will also have to eat healthy.

Definitely, they get use to it as they grow, especially fruit, i try as much as i can to eat fruits this days than take in sugary drinks especially drinks, parent should look out for these rather than always spoil them with sugary stuffs...

Yes children have soft immune system that's why they can easily fall sick especially when they don't eat healthy meals, it's not always easy to deal with them, mothers need some special thanks.
