Hello Everyone, my Humble greetings to you all whatever part of the globe you reside, i hope my greetings meet you all in good spirit, it's a new year, a new week and exciting new dawn, incase you Don't know there is nothing in the world that Can be compare to a very Sound Healthy body, mind and soul, staying healthy is something you shoudn't take for granted especially this year, i hope you include this in your new year's resolution if not, you really have to go back to the draeing board.
You cannot imagine the cost of Good health, staying healthy does not require much just staying conscious, active and aware of your health status, funny enough we don't realise this up untill we are broken down and begin to live by doctor's precription, that is when we realise how expensive it is, to maintain a healthy status by following doctor's order, all that could be avoided by simply been health conscious.
So Today i wish to share with all of us simple ways of staying healthy and active by consuming this fruits, i have carefully selected and research on them and found them to be very nutritious, healthy contain some very vital vitamins and minerals that are needed in the body's system to keep it active by fighting off germs and harmful parasite, sickness and diseases.
These fruits are very vital and consuming them on daily basis are very necessary for your body's wellbeing.
AVOCADO
Avocado is considered to be the fruit with the most fat, besides unsaturated fats, Avocado is rich in fiber, vitamins C, E & K, just a 201 gram of Avocado provides you with 41% the daily value(DV) Of folate which helps produce healthy red blood cells also, provides 14% DV magnesium which helps regulate blood sugar levels and blood pressure
BANANA
Banana is considered to contain great amount of potassium, a medium Banana contains 12% of Your daily potassium requirements, potassium helps balance sodium in your body, which helps to lower your blood pressure, Banana also contains other nutrients and minerals, Bananas are good source of carbohydrate and provides good energy boost when consumed, Bananas helps with Digestions, , manganese in Banana helps with Good and smooth skin, Bananas also contains vitamin C, folate and magnesium.
GUAVA
Did you know Guava contains Protein? WATERMELON
Watermelon is the fruit with the most water content, hence the name, watermelon is also rich in potassium which works to lower blood pressure and support nerve functioning and Vitamin B6, which helps the body break down the protein that you eat and also boosts the immune system and nerve function.
PINEAPPLE
Fruits with the most Maganese, maganese helps the body form connective tissue, healthy bones, blood clotting factors abd improved sex hormones. It also play a role in fat and carbohydrate metabolism, calcium absorption and blood sugar regulations
KIWI
I use to think orange is the fruits with the most of vitamin C, but no, Do you know kiwi has more vitamin C content than orange? True yes, kiwis are a nitricious fruit that contain many vitamins and mineral ls as well as digestion, heart health, skin health and a lot more benefits

Orange is one fruit you should never skip in a day, orange is very rich in both vitamin C and Calcium, oranges are a nutritional powerhouse packed with vitamins and minerals, the most outstanding of all these being vitamin C, with numerous benefit to the body, Oranges contains approximately 55 milligrams of calcium or 6% of your daily requirement, this nutrients is important for building strong bones and maintaining bone health..
