There was a day i was so disturbed and so i became restless, in the cool of the evening i took a long stroll out to clear my head, and that helped a bit, i am often lost in deep thought especially when i'm distubed over anything, which is why i try my best to stay happy amd joyful, if you've been around me, you would definitely enjoy my company because i talk, play and have fun anytime, i do not really allow things to border me, cause i could get lost in thought worst lf it depressed.

Back then i discovered that the real thing that keeps us healthy isn't primarily the type of food we eat or what we drink, but how we are able to be at peace, relax and rest well with ourselves, if you do this even if you don't eat enough but you are happy and joyful and excited with everything around you, you are contented with what you have provided you sleep and rest well wake up, go about your business, i tell you, you will look healthier than someone who eats everything and does nit have any of those i mentioned.

Healthy living goes far beyond just eating good food alone, but how well mindful you are in taking good care of yourself, i know we humans we are anxious for everything, we worry alot, we are often disturbed about the next thing, what will become, how will it come when will it come, even of it comes will it be good, will it be what i wanted, a lot and lots of these thoughts Clouds our minds making is restless, so even if you are eating good food, it will not really show because you are not at rest, your body is not relaxed, so is your brain.

That is why Doctors would always advise after taking your meds, restwell, drink enough water and free your mind of any disturbing thoughts, in the bible the word of God says How many of you by worrying can add a cubit height to himself, what that means is no matter how depressed or anxious you are it won't change anything, rather its making you restless at that point, what ever it is tell your self it will pass, this is just a phase in life, truly its just a matter of time all your worries will fade out

Try all your best to give your self a peace of mind, remind yourself everything will be okay, even tho it doesn't look like it now, reasure yourself that everything will be fine go about your daily routine and free your mind, thinkless an act more.

One thing i have found out in life is that truthfully speaking there is time for everything, so most of our activities are time bound, and we cannever run ahead of our selves, but must as a matter of necessity follow due time to be able to get certain things in place, so why worry, why are you anxious, keep calm and relax it will surely be, nothing will take away what's truly yours, remember also God's word says the flowers in the field look how beautiful they look, but God knows about all your worries he will takecare of it...mattew 6:31

Find peace, find comfort, restwell, chill, do not disturb your self over anything so you can live healthy, stay fit, and happy always for these is key to a healthy lifestyle.

I really liked the part about thinking less and acting more. I think it's something that a lot of people who tag themselves as "overthinkers" need to hear. Why they always find themselves anxious is because they think more than they do, and the guilt about not doing compounds to make them feel worse.

Most of your post reminds me a lot of this popular saying I've been seeing a lot on social media the past 2 years - "This too shall pass". This is the attitude we need to have towards extenuating circumstances.

Peace of mind is indeed very important to healthy living, one of my street sis once told me she doesn't even eat much yet she is fat, i asked her the cause, she said it is peace of mind.

Definitely thats it..
