THE COST OF GOOD HEALTH

My name is @ingbede, welcome to the healthy bee weekly prompt 12 titled "Healthy Eating is Becoming Too Expensive of Too Complicaated?".

Eating is prerequisite for daily sustenance of our lives, good health and the energy to walk, work and perform other activities, it is imperative to keep our bodies running just like engines on quality engine oil, oil filter and high quality premium motor spirit. Hence, eating healthy is too expensive as it stands, the challenges abound because for everything is bought with more than it used to be. The six (6) classes of food defines the required process/repair/build-up the body achieves via the eating/ingesting/drinking each of them.

Just an overview, Carbohydrate-energy giving, Protein-body building, Water-ensure the seamless working of the body, replaces body lipids, aid digestion, Fats and Oil- contains vitamins and aid the smooth ligaments sliding on joint, Fruits and vegetables-vitamins, body strengthening immune supplements, aid digestion, amongst other numerous function food seeks to achieve in our bodies; each part of these combination is as important as the others, none should exceed the other in the process of preparing food, although the quantity required differ but all classes should be contained therein.

At the instance of saving the money to cushion the spending, its taking care of a long term problem temporarily, because you would eventually gather the money to treat an ailment caused by the deficiency of a part of the six classes of food one has missed ingesting trying to save up! Thus, eating healthy is becoming expensive which guarantees good health, reduces the chances of ingesting medications, curtails frequent hospital visits, spending heavily on staying well.

The complications of life arise when the student of life want to be conscious of environmental factors, taken by the wind of futuristic plans, conservatism, and having the assumption that “we eat just to be filled, avoid staying hungry and probably risking the ailments/challenges of not eating/reduces quantity”. Most often, the victims are like criminals caught by their limitations, they suffer untold health challenges and have to salivate when they come in contact with a person that “eats well”, they wish to become the person that feeds well’s friend and visit at unexpectedly, without prior notice and would ensure they have the patience to wait in the event the food isn’t ready, raising long stories that keeps one entertained, overtime becomes boring because it becomes a topic the host has lost patience since it becoming a recurrent habit. The extent of thinking that alone would prompt one to live his places/herself with everything one must do.

These persons that would want to insist on eating healthy are usually the type people feel like they aren’t created by God, you hear words like “your own better” those are envious statements, do not complicate your living for any issue…

The absence of a steady flow of salary for a person can be a threat, living conditions are daily challenges as whatever you could be able to buy increases after each purchase against the next time you visit the market again, we continually lose the value of money as the seconds run into minutes and hours creeps into days.
Eating healthy and expensive food have proven to guarantee good health than having to be ill and being advised to use the food supplements, which in a way might not have the full constituents there in compared to freshly cooked meal, eating healthy and expensive food have given the advantage of not having to salivate over other person’s meal, except of course there exist cravings for that particular food which you have had in a while.

Health can only be wealth when you live, eat and strive in a healthy environment.

it is sad how food has become so expensive, not just eating healthy but eating anything at all, people tend to eat just anything they can find to survive. a lot of people are unable to eat a three square meal a day more or less healthy food.
