It is known to all that health is wealth, and nothing can be compromised with good health. Everybody wants to be healthy all the time, but sometimes our immune system fails to protect us, and we become sick. So we need treatment to recover faster from it.
In recent times most of countries are trying their best to improve their healthcare services, but in my country, I haven't seen any significant improvement in healthcare services in recent years. Let me explain it.
There are normally two types of healthcare services in my country, and those are government and non-governmental. Non-government healthcare services are quite fast and take immediate action to provide services. Because of that reason, most of people prefer non-government healthcare services, but the service is very expensive, and in maximum time in general, and poor people can't afford it. So it's the kind of service we can receive by paying money. So, the best healthcare services are indirectly for rich people. In a word, non-government healthcare services are only for business. Nothing more than that. If I have enough money, I can get the service. That should not be like that, but that's the reality.
Let's talk about the governmental healthcare service. Most of the services are free in this case, but the services are very slow. In rare cases, I have seen fast service. It's very disappointing, and I think each second matters a lot depending on the situation. Sometimes patients may die if they don't get immediate treatment. That's the reason people don't want to go to governmental healthcare services if they are capable. So government health care services are mostly for poor people. Doctors visit 2/1 times a day, and after the visiting hours, it's hard to get the dress of senior doctors. Even if it's an emergency, people can contact the doctors rarely. Those doctors become busy providing their service in non-government healthcare institutes; otherwise, they have their private chamber where they give service for money.
The governmental healthcare service in the city is moderately okay, but in rural areas, healthcare services are almost like a joke. In several healthcare institutions, there were not so many qualified doctors to handle the overall situation. Moreover, in rural areas, a lack of healthcare equipment for checkups is noticed. Although the healthcare institutions in rural areas can handle normal cases. In the case of critical cases, they fail to handle the situation and suggest the transfer of patients to other healthcare institutions. To overcome the situation, the government needs to focus on healthcare institutions providing more support in rural areas. Strict rules should be applied to the doctors.
Fire accidents are very common, and each year such a thing happens, but it is unfortunate that most governmental healthcare services are not available in most of the institutions, which means there is no active burn unit to perform. So the overall situation of health care services is not so good, and it needs major improvements.
