Thank you very much for your helpful tips. Truly, bedtime routines do help us to have a regular and quality sleep especially naturally without the need to depend on sleep. Consciously or unconsciously, it's prudent to have bedtime routines designed and stuck to so the mind and body can stay rejuvenated for optimal productivity. Thank you once again
