Hospital experience sometime use to be a good one because it will teach you so many things.
Though majority of cases I. Hospital are illness cases and this does not make it a good experience to encounter, because staying on sick bead alone is a very big challenge.
But in another way round there is still some good experiences to aquire from the hospital by doctors and nurses...
Doctors and nurses are really trying in hospital setting, these people are really supperb " they are really good" and fun to be with .
Though some people fear them especially Children because of giving them injection without knowing that is for our own benefits so as to be free from illness.
My first i encounter with a doctor before i joined the medical profesion was really a nice one it thought me about something Good.
It started when my neighbors wife was in labour , that day i was around so i helped my neighbor to carry and rush the woman to hospital, when we reached the hospital we were attended to by one nurse after admitted the wife of my neighbor she now called the doctor, so the doctor came and conducted some examination like he said (vaginal examination) so after the examination, he was just using medical terms to communicate with the nurses language that me and my neighbor couldn't understand.
So later my neighbor called him and was like doctor what is going on is my wife ok.
This was when he started explaining things and during his explanation he said I quote "your wife cervix is 10cm dilated she will soon deliver.
So as a newbie then i did not know what is cervix, all i did was just to keep calm and do as if i grabbed what he said .
After few minutes of interaction with him the wife of my neighbor deliver , so me i was like is it that the 10cm dilatation is that the baby in on the way or what .
But later when I reached home i tried much to know more about the cervix and it dilatation and i notice that in labour there is active and latent phase , this active phase is when the cervix is dilated and it starts from 4cm to 10cm and when this happens second stage of labour will set in and the child will be deliver.
Yeah, it was always like that for me too,
All I do is go back and read more about whatever I have learned
