Fitness is something everyone should pay concerning to and take it very very important and serious. There are Alot of people who don't like to exercise themselves and maintain fitness, I do say they don't know the important of Physical Activity and physical exercise. Medically it have been proven that physical exercise reduces stress and anxiety. So thinking about what physical activity can be, yes!! It is actually a type of therapy and here you must not necessarily go to the hospital to receive this type of therapy you can do that in the comfort of your house or better still an outdoor one. There are Alot of important, advantages and benefits of physical activity or exercise which i will be talking about fee below.
Reduce tense and anxiety; one can be anxious about his or her environment or maybe a situation at hand and may not know which way to go about it, but just with an exercise and physical activity it relaxes the nerves and at the same time it also help to aid in Brain 🧠 function, just as we all know, All work and no play makes jack a doll boy the Brain need this exercise and physical activity to stay alert and active. Do you know that when you exercise the nerves becomes active ✨.
When you engage in non strenuous exercise it Also aid in adequate sleep. After this physical activity is relaxes the muscles and enable one to get proper sleep. Talking about cardiovascular system, the blood flow round the body is very important to the system and any cease of the flow can damage alot of vital organs which the brain is part of it, the physical activity or exercise enable the heart to pump enough blood by increasing the pressure a bit and activating other organs in the body and they will all receive enough blood supply.
In conclusion, physical activity and exercise is very important to human health and it's living, for this is a therapy on it's own, we should make it as an obligation to engage in physical exercise at least twice weekly.
