Important of Physical Activity and Exercise.

Exercise in general is important to human health and we are not expected to play negligence to it. It is even fun to engage in one or other physical activity. I love exercising my physical body even from childhood. Medically None strenuous exercise help improve the way blood flow around the body and to other importance or vital organs in the system. The rate of blood flow in the human body system determine how healthy one is and it is the base line of many health conditions. For example, when the blood flow in the human body system is high, high blood pressure is the system and many vital organs many possibly be affected within that short period of time. Meanwhile, when the blood flow is slow, what do you think happens the blood supply to vital organs is reduced and low blood pressure present, whichever without proper management the person or individual will eventually enters into shock and can kick the bucket from there.

Haven said the above it is of great important that every living individual involves in None strenuous exercise especially, so as to exercise their physical body. Yes! Do you really know that physical activities is also a way of Diversional therapy, it is also used in various Health care facilities. Not every Health matters requires drugs, some can simply be cure with just physical exercise and Activity.

In my situation I work out 3 times in a week just to maintain fitness. The nature of my Job can be stressful sometimes and sometimes you can stand in a particular place for over hours and I used my regular physical activity and exercise to keep fit. At first where I was staying before there was a Gym House where I do go out for Gyming twice a week but in my current Location, I go for early morning work-out Mondays, Wednesday and Saturday. It also aid me to stay fit. Although a lot of people don't fancy physical activity but I will suggest that if possible individual should involve in physics Activity and exercise.

Hmmm... Very true. Not every health matters requires drugs. Some can be cured with a simple exercise or physical activity. Thank you for this piece.

Physical exercise is very important for every individual but it’s unfortunate that most people in our part of the world don’t take part in such activities.

I am also able to work out 3 times a week or more even with my busy schedule and it’s worked wonders for me.

Exercise is really important for the health and body. As you said not all health issues require medicine, with just few exercise we can be in good health.
