The importance of physical activity in our lives cannot be overstated. However, many people avoid making time for it. Some complain about their busy schedules, while others say they cannot afford a gym membership. But must it always be in a gym?

One funny experience I’ve had over the years is people always asking my I’m exercising cos I’m not fat. Over here, people think you only keep to lose some weight and it’s surprising all the time.
Finding a workout partner is great, but I haven’t found one yet so I’ve been stuck with solo workouts for as long as I can remember. It’s fun though.
