How Ceasing From Physical Activities caused a breakdown of my Body's Immunity.

Many people may not believe that ceasing physical activities like exercising the body can lead to the breakdown of body immunity. I am proof of such an eventuality. How I got to realize it, will marvel you. I was so engrossed with early morning jogging and some light acrobatics activities with my elder siblings. I fell in love with exercise as a result of him. Every morning he will go out to jog and come back sweating and breathing hard. One thing stood out to him, and that was, that he has never for one day fallen sick. Before then I didn't pay attention to it, not until everyone in the house became sick including our parents and the exception of my elder sibling. Everyone was coughing and with a severe fever. We were afraid that we had contracted Coronavirus. It became serious that all of us were admitted to the hospital except for my brother. When we came back, I realized that through regular exercise one could build an immune system that resists sickness and diseases. That was how I began to join him for early morning exercise. It became a family affair that even our parents joined us.

During that period, I realized that I never fell sick for over two years. We live in a trophic area where great bodies of water are settled and as a result of this, we have a great army of mosquitoes living among us. Consequently, we have many cases of malaria. So the common disease that threatened us happened to be malaria. People take malaria treatments for a period of every three months till their body system gets used to the drug it starts becoming ineffective. This was a situation that we found ourselves in. After three months of consistent exercising, I realized that I could stay for months without treating Malaria. So, the importance of physical activities and exercises should not be overlooked because they can serve as a resistance to some sicknesses and diseases.

Developing effective antibodies to fight diseases and sickness is what people are paying huge amounts of money to get. This can be achieved free of charge through physical activities. There are other importance of engaging in physical activities but based on my experience, it helps in the development of immunity against disease and sickness.

What would you rather do? Paying money to get what can also be gotten free of charge? Think about it. Physical activities and exercises are not usually pleasant but the results are worth engaging in them. Take it as a point of duty, every morning set an alarm, spend at least 30 to 45 minutes exercising the body and ensure that you sweat out profusely. Remember, at first, it will be difficult but in the long run, you will get used to it.

Through physical activity, there will be no need to spend money on medications because the bodys immunity will be built well to fight against invaders.

Not being sick for two year even when you're in an area occupied by mosquitoes, is really amazing.
