Physical activity is very important. It keeps us fit and healthy. If we move our body parts we feel stronger, happier and full of energy. Exercise is a task that a lot of people struggle to do, but should be fundamental to a contented life. I have personally seen the impact of physical activity on my own life and on other people and I believe that everyone should try it.
Physical exercise has a significant application since it can keep the body in good shape. When we exercise, our muscles get bigger and strong and our bones remain strong. I remember my uncle(the man I lived with) , he usually spends the whole day in the office. He practiced no sport and then began to whine from body aches. His doctor told him to start walking every morning. Initially, he wasn't getting much done but sfter a few weeks, he felt good. He is really enjoying to walk in the morning and no longer feels pain by body.
Exercise can meanwhile maintain us a good weight. People tend to overeat while they are sedentary. This leads them to become overweighted, with the resulting potential health consequences. I used to know a friend who loved snacking but did not like to exercise. That day she was to have been examined at the hospital and diagnosed as overweight. Sad and thus she started doing jumping rope every night. After some months, she lost weight and felt more confident about herself.
The importance of exercise is also that it works the heart. The heart is like a machine that pumps blood. It loses strength, when we do not move our limb, lying as it is motionless. My elderly neighbor, who was always told by her children to go for walks, refused. That day she experienced chest pain and was taken to the hospital. The doctor prescribed to her also more physical activity. She is now able to walk round the garden every day and has been restored to health.
Exercise also makes us feel happy. When we move our limbs our brains produce endorphins that make us feel good. I do remember a day that I was unhappy and distressed. On the other hand I chose to go for a short walk. I felt happier and calmer after some time walking. Physical activity has been shown to reduce stress and achieve a state of mind calm.
Children also need physical activity. Today's children spend a lot of time in one position watching television cartoons or playing games on their cell phones. Back in the day we ran, jumped and played in the outdoors. It made us active and full of energy. Nowadays children hardly play, and even some seem exhausted when they go down the stairs. It is important for parents to foster children's involvement in outdoor play and movement.
Physical activity is very important. It keeps us fit, strong, and healthy. It preserves our heart, controls our body weight and keeps us happy. Regardless of how full our timetables are, physical movement of the body should not be overlooked. Exercise, however, may include one of simple walk, skipping rope, or dancing exercise. The more we we exercise, the we will be alive longer and feel better the following day.

There are many importance of physical activities. Its not just a thing of old people, even young adults and children need it.
Thank you for sharing
Yea they do. I also need to create time to do that, although I think I do enough exercise by walking.
Yeah, older people (who actually need more exercise) ironically tend to be the ones that dislike or disregard it the most. Their excuse usually is that they're too busy with work. They forget that when the health repurcussions of their "business" catches up with them and has them bed-ridden, they'll stop the work full-time this time to take care of themselves.
Vickie, instead of screenshots, maybe next time you can checkout pexels or pixabay to get some free-to-use quality photos for your post.
Truly said.
Most times I use pixabay.com to get photos but sometimes it doesn't open or it's misbehaving, as for pixels I haven't used that before, I'll try it out sometime. Thanks
