Celebrating the birthday of my special
someone with family and friends!! ๐

On my boyfriend's birthday, I surprised him with a cake. We celebrated his birthday just the two of us at their house. We sang, watched movies, and ate. We also had a picnic in front of their house, and we really enjoyed being together. We talked about everything that came to our minds and debated; it was our favorite thing to do. It felt like we were giving each other options, and we ended the day by watching the sunset together. (It was one of my core memories, to be honest ๐ฉ).
My boyfriend also wanted to celebrate his birthday with our friends (we have the same circle of friends), even though it was not his birthday anymore. We prepared some food because we planned to go swimming.
When our friends arrived, they did karaoke, watched movies, chatted, and made fun of each other. A lot of things happened that day lol, and then it was time to eat. We blessed our food and sang happy birthday to the birthday boy.
The girls and I decided to take a picture first before going swimming. My boyfriend drove us to the pool area, and we took a lot of pictures. It was fun doing girl things while the boys played basketball and did their thing.
It was time to go swimming!! It was fun; we did tricks in the pool and decided to challenge each other to see who could swim faster. We had a lot of fun, and I could tell that the birthday boy enjoyed his day. But I was more than happy to see him happy. Memay and I practiced diving in the pool, and it was funny seeing us try so hard to achieve the "perfect dive" ๐. When it was time to go home, Marky drove us back; the girls were freezing @memwuai @amishu @darkrose HAHAHAHAHHAHSH.
When we got back to Marky's house, we found the boys playing outside while the others watched movies. The moment the girls got out of the car, the boys started running inside the car because they were going to stroll the village. They were so loud laughing (the birthday boy definitely had a lot of fun; big thanks to them).
As the boys enjoyed their time outside, the girls took the opportunity to change into fresh clothes and eagerly awaited their return. Marky's parents had kindly prepared a delicious spread for us, so we wanted to be ready to dig in as soon as they came back.
While we waited, we filled the room with chatter, sharing stories and giggling as we looked through the pictures we had taken earlier. It was a chance to relive the fun moments we had captured on camera and bond even more as friends.
Finally, the boys returned, their faces beaming with happiness and their laughter filling the air as usual. Their boisterous energy brought a lively vibe to the room, and we couldn't help but join in the laughter and banter.
Once everyone had settled down, we eagerly sat down to eat, the aroma of the food filling the room and making our stomachs growl with anticipation. The transition from noisy excitement to quiet contentment was almost comical, as we all focused on devouring the delicious meal before us.
It was clear that hunger had taken hold of us all, and as we savored each bite, the room fell into a peaceful silence, broken only by the occasional sound of satisfied murmurs and the clinking of utensils against plates.In that moment, surrounded by good food and even better company, I couldn't help but smile at the simple joy of sharing a meal with loved ones. It was a reminder of the power of food to bring people together and create lasting memories that we would cherish for years to come.
We gave Marky's parents one more hug, sealing their warmth and smiles in the back of our minds with sincere goodbyes and pledges to see each other soon. They offered to drive us back to Naga, and we accepted because we didn't have any money anymore AHHAHAHHAHAHSHAHAHAH. We bid farewell to laughter-filled conversations and heartwarming embraces The day is over, and I will never forget that day, it was amazing.
