Oh man Joy. I had no idea they were doing that to ALL Chinese passport holders. Sorry to hear that. Hopefully things get better soon. I changed my plans to not go to Hanoi, after they quarantined a town of 10,000 40kl outside of the city. Gaby and I are heading to Danang now, and then back to Thailand to hide out in the islands for a while more see how things progress. Would be great to see this situation be fixed asap for you.
