Hey there everyone and welcome to an update of Round 2 which is currently under way. The good news is that most of you gave me your selections and I won't have to annoy you again until the selections for the quarter finals. I will be doing the quarter final scoring slightly different in the scoring so stay tuned.
So over the last couple of days we saw the Swiss beat the living daylights out of the Italians. Germany found it hard against Denmark but got through as planned. England nearly got knocked out but salvaged a win in extra time but they were brutal. Something tells me they will go further however. So let us take a look at the current standings.

User Selections
So below are the selections so far. You can see from the 0's those who have not given me selections for Round 2. The quarter finals will be kicking off Friday so I will be implementing the next stage of scoring system based where you select 1-6. You will not be selecting just a win but one of the below predictions.
1 Point = Home Win in 90 minutes
3 Points = Away Win in 90 minutes
2 Points = Home Win in AET
4 Points = Away Win AET
5 points = Home Win in Penalties
6 points = Away Win in Penalties

On Wednesday I will reveal the results of Round 2 and have the fixtures to the quarter finals and we can allocate who the home and away teams are based on bookies odds. Yeah Quarter Finals should see a bit more variation in picks. Spain v Germany will be epic. As would France v Portugal, if the Portugese take Ronaldo off free kicks they might actually beat Slovenia!
He's only ever scored like 2 free kicks for Portugal in 12 years. 😂
