Good day, everyone, and welcome to my blog. So Barcelona is currently playing against Las Palmas, but I won't continue the second, and I am sure by the time I am done with this post, the match should have ended. FC Barcelona, ahead of the match, released their squad list, and I found out that Ansu Fati didn't make the squad list for the match against Las Palmas today. Ansu was the only fit player left out of the squad and I feel so bad for the young player because I know he is not happy with the way things are going at the club for him at this point.
Ansu Fati had the opportunity to leave Barcelona at the start of the January window but chose to stay at the club because he wanted to succeed at Barcelona. I can't help but wonder if Ansu Fati wants to succeed at the club or if he is staying to collect his big wages because he is among the top 5 players earning high at the club. Hansi Flick had promised to get Ansu Fati back at his form when the German coach arrived at the club last year, but now things seem to be different as Hansi Flick said Fati is not putting in that much effort he wants to see and is sorry things are not going the way the young player hoped this season.
Hansi Flick has said that Fati has to give his 100 per cent during training, and then he will evaluate the process with his coaching team and see how things go from there with the Spanish player. Ansu Fati being left out of the squad multiple times is not just affecting the player's physiology but also his market value, and I don't think Barcelona is interested in that since they decided to pathways with the Spanish player earlier this year. There has been an update with Ansu Fati from a reliable source as it is reported that Fati is expected to leave Barcelona at the end of the season.
This news has just changed everything with the Ansu Fati situation because now I am 100 per cent sure Ansu Fati wants to leave and close his chapter with Barcelona. It was not how many hoped his journey would end at the club, and it is sad to see this happen to one of the brightest La Masia players who gave Barcelona fans something to believe in with the departure of Messi in 2021. Ansu Fati, for me, will always have a special place in the club and the heart of some Barcelona fans, and I just hope he enjoys playing football wherever he decides to go this coming summer.
It won't be bad if Hansi Flick can give Ansu some game time since he will be leaving in the summer as I would like to see him play with the Barcelona jersey this season. In the summer, there should be more updates on the Ansu Fati transfer, which I will share with the community. So, guys, that will be all for now. Thanks for stopping by and have a good day.
