It is Game Week 10 in the English Premier League
Which means it is also game week 10 in the fantasy premier league world...
October has been banished and we are into November.
The weather will take a turn for the worse and we will start to see the men being sorted from the boys!
Hopefully something else has been banished!
I learnt something new this week!
So I always wondered why people kept saying how important it was to have the substitute number 1 slot occupied with your strongest bench person...
This fluffing numpty didn't know you could swap their positions....
We can analyse my final score from last week later in the post where I normally do it...
I had picked Son in my lineup, he did not start....
So the first substitute was used which was Faes the defender who picked up a point...
I had presumed it would Smith-Roe as he was a midfielder and scored 6 points...
When I saw the final score I like fluff no....
Off to research I went and then found out you can swap the bench munbers...
What a bloody numpty!!!
Last week saw Haaland finally score after three weeks of blanking!
Of course he did not score as much or Wood or Palmer but he got points!
Will he come good this weekend? Do you sell him, if not do you keep him as your Captain?
I have other dilemmas ....
I really want Salah and why did I listen to the FPL guys, I sold Saka for Son....
Saka scores and Son does not even play!

If I sold Son at 9.9 together with the bank gives me £12.2 million and Salah unfortunately is £12.7 ...
I can't get Salah without using another transfer...
I am not prepared to do that yet. Nor will I sell Haaland yet ...

He is danger of being sold and not played a game for Tengo Rangers...
So if he starts great, if not then he will be automatically substituted by Number 1 sub who is Smith-Row .... ya beauty I learnt!

In theory we had a great week overall on Game Week 9 ...
☑️ As you can we did end up with 66 points which was 8 points above the average! It would have 5 more had I got the sub right!!!!

Mbuemo Palmer and Wood doing the biz, even Lewis chipping in with a clean sheet for City!

Three wins and two draws from 8 matches and 11 points... as you can see I leapt up the rankings from 49th to 41st in Hive division 2 head to head.
Now I think it is the top 5 that get promoted, so I am fluffing miles off the pace....
But it is a marathon not a sprint!

The Hive fpl as you can see I jumped up from 43rd into 37th!

I have no idea how Fantasy League works but reminds me of hubby, he used to enter/play for a long while! When we first got married I used to say football was his first love, but that soon changed (think I've told you this before😅, worth repeating though)
I kike fantasy football as you are choosing players, it is great for someone like me who does not particulary care who wins the English league. Hehe yes you did Liverpool if I remember correctly!
