Ginebra Gin Kings has new rookies. They are Jerrick Balanza, Arvin Tolentino, and Kent Salado, who are just recently signed by the team. With the exit of Greg Slaughter, new players are in to fill his place. So far, the three played well before joining PBA.
But playing from collegiate tournaments are different from playing in professional league. There would be huge difference, but the three rookies has to adjust. That's why they need to train hard in order for them to get along with their teammates. With Tim Cone's analysis, it's fine to believe him because he is an expert.
