U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, addressing journalists on Monday after a gathering with Senate Republicans, said he was looking for a "major number" for an extra boost bundle proposed to prop up the economy in the midst of the coronavirus episode, yet he didn't intricate.
One Senate Republican, Marco Rubio, told columnists that Mnuchin had requested that Republicans proceed onward an extra measure focusing on carriers and independent companies this week.
