A Dutch interests court on Tuesday administered the nation's two biggest broadcast communications suppliers, KPN NV and VodafoneZiggo, don't need to open their fixed-line systems to rivalry.
The nation's customer guard dog ACM, had contended that the two together had a lot of control over the retail web showcase. Yet, The Hague Commercial Court of Appeal said the ACM had neglected to "demonstrate the presence of such a joined market power."
