Activist investors have sniffed blood – and some of Silicon Valley’s biggest names are being sized up for the kill. 

Amid mounting shareholder resentment over sluggish performance and profits, Wall Street’s “barbarians in the boardroom” are beginning to take matters into their own hands. 

Their latest target? Twitter’s founder Jack Dorsey. The man once described as Silicon Valley’s answer to the mega-influencer Gwyneth Paltrow has this week found himself up against billionaire businessman Paul Singer, 30 years his senior.
