Telecom Italia (MI:TLIT) (TIM) hopes to gain conclusive ground this year on plans to give Italy ultra-quick broadband, however it will never acknowledge a minority stake in any bound together system made by a tie-up with littler opponent Open Fiber.
The Italian government sees building ultra-quick broadband as a need and a month ago, as the nation combat one of the world's most noticeably awful coronavirus episodes, approached TIM and Open Fiber to arrive at an agreement rapidly.
