England and the United States joined Georgia on Thursday in reprimanding Russia for an enormous scope digital assault a year ago that thumped a great many Georgian sites disconnected and upset national transmissions.  

Up to 15,000 state, private and media sites were taken out by obscure programmers on Oct. 28, including those having a place with the Georgian president's office and two private TV slots.  

Georgia's Foreign Ministry said it had now finished up the cyberattack, which mutilated sites to show a picture of previous Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, was arranged and completed by the Russian military.
