今天是減肥的不知道第幾天 / The N day of diet

瘦了3KG哦，雖說瘦的慢，但還是很滿意，對於沒有運動的我來說已經很有成效了。

今天依然是走路送她們上學，來回一小時，說不上大汗淋漓，也是出汗了，有汗出那就證明有回報了鴨。

今天新西蘭出去吃飯不需要疫苗症了，我老公終於解放了，所以必須慶祝下。

吃完再減。
