RE: Can Hive become your job? [ENG/ESP]

in QC Community2 years ago

Back when I used to work doing journalism, an article was $12, an editorial was $120, and I'd do 5-6 articles a day, and 2 or 3 editorials a week. Granted I was in University at the time, but that was a manageable circumstance.

There's so much more to HIVE beyond "writing articles". There's curation, which if you're good enough at it (and have some HIVE Power behind you) would generate additional "income".

For me, I prefer to use HIVE as a medium to engage with other people and develop relationships with those who have similar interests.

For developers, there's also the HIVE development fund, and I would hazard a guess that there's a fair few people potentially making a living from that. Additionally, there are the sys / dev ops type people who run the witnesses, who may also making a living from maintaining that infrastructure.

Oooh you right, I forgot about that and also the HBD savings, that I read somewhere that there was an account with 1 million HBD savings, and the witnesses.

I'm not sure if that account still has 1 million HBD in savings, but because it is the blockchain it easy to check. :)

Looks like it does. You can check all sorts of these types of stats over at the https://hivebuzz.me/ranking website. :)

Wowww I didn't know we could find that, thanks I'll check it out 😊
