Great post 👏👏

focused on receiving compliments and seeking constant approval...makes our worth unstable and dependent on their perceptions

I believe this is the most dangerous thing about seeking external validation because this instability can lead the person to feel insecure and seek comfort in substances or activities that are unhealthy.
