Personally, power generally could be described as the ability to influence directly or indirectly the actions, beliefs, values, choices, or lifestyle of a particular niche, community, or people.
This means that it doesn't necessarily have to include the use of force (coercion) as we've often perceived but may include the ability to influence the lives and actions of others in society.
This is known as social power.
This brings us to the last question ,
"Are there different types of power?"
From the first paragraph, I would say yes. There are indeed various types of power namely; Political power, social power, economic power, and so on.
Political power deals on the ability to influence a niche or people with authority.
Social power, as mentioned earlier, is the ability to influence people using a variety of means, including wealth, fame, or status.
Economic power, as the name implies, is the influence of a peoples' economic status or wealth.
"Do you believe that everyone can have some power or is it something that only some people can have?"
Well, from my definition of power, I'll say that power is only for a specific kind of people.
"Power is for the strong."-especially the ones who have mental strength.
The weak, as the name implies, literally lack power.
How does this work?
If social power is the ability of a person or a group to influence people's actions, perceptions, interests, and will, it can be used to establish a certain rule or standard which can be accepted willingly or unwillingly.
A good instance is a social media influencer; through fame can reach a wide audience and can spin ideologies to their favor.
This was portrayed in the movie "Boys over Flowers" (the Thailand version, though).
The rich kid uses his parent's popularity to his favor and was detrimental but was not questioned because it had now become the trend.
In that niche, his word was law, and even the school authorities didn't dare to go against him.

In reference to the movie mentioned in the text above, I would say yes. So I've derived a conclusion with the following, which I hope you can agree with me on;
Wealth can give people power.
Fame, can give people power.
Laws, which involve the use of legal or illegal means to control others, are also a means of having power.
Expertise, which involves using knowledge to influence others and etcetera.
All the reasons mentioned above show that power always has to deal with having the upper hand and that it is mostly achieved by gaining recognition from others.
Take, for instance in Expertise; someone who is more knowledgeable as regards a particular thing has power. If it's a teacher, he or she had the power to fail or pass you irrespective of your say in the matter and nothing would be done about it most cases because the teacher "knows better".
An influencer using Fame can talk about something or someone, and it can be a trend positively or negatively.
These analyses show that a lot can give a person power without you even having something to do about it. It also shows that only a particular set of people has power and not just anybody irrespective of what motivational speakers may say about having control over someone.

Like, people are powerful just because we accept that they are powerful because they have something that the rest don't have. And that also means that we could change the "requirements" to consider a person as "powerful".
