In today busy life we are moving away from nature. We don't get a chance to enjoy the beauty of nature in the concrete city. But spending some time in nature is very beneficial for our mental and physical health.
Seeing the beauty of nature during sunset gives us a kind of peace. It helps us reduce stress, increases creativity and makes our life more enjoyable. So every day at least some time should be spent in nature.
