Today, I will share the method to make fish curry. First, we will take half a kilogram of fish, wash it thoroughly, and clean it.
Now, we will take half a kilogram of oil in a pot.
Place the pot on the stove over low heat, and add half a kilogram of chopped onions. Cook the onions until they turn a deep golden brown color.
Once the onions turn light brown, add garlic. I have used one whole garlic bulb (clove).
After cooking the onions well and adding the garlic, we will then add the half kilogram of fish that we had set aside.
Then, we will add half a teaspoon of turmeric, one teaspoon of red chili powder, and two teaspoons of spice mix.
After adding all the ingredients, we will cook it for another 5 minutes. Once done, our fish curry will be ready to serve.
