This afternoon, I had to get my car checked at the service center because I'm leaving for Tak Province unexpectedly tomorrow. Usually, I'm good at planning these things, but this time I didn't make an appointment in advance. When I got there, all the spots were taken, and the staff told me to come back in a week. The issue was, that I'd be out of town for several days, so waiting until then was out of the question. I decided to take a chance and get my car checked when I reached Tak Province.

When my original plan fell apart, I found myself with some free time. Instead of moping around, I ended up at Robinson Department Store. As I walked through the store, I thought, "Why not treat myself?" It hit me that I hadn't done my nails in nearly a year because my mornings usually involve pulling grass in the backyard, wrecking my nails, and making my hands rough.

Deciding to make the most of my unexpected free time, I walked into the nail salon and inquired about the wait time for a manicure and pedicure. The staff informed me that there was a 30-minute wait, so I decided to make a reservation and use the time to do some shopping and enjoy a refreshing drink.

Despite its small size, the place was beautifully decorated. I took a seat and ordered my favorite drink, green tea. The sweet and fragrant flavor hit just the right spot, adding a delightful touch to my spontaneous day of self-care and indulgence.

Having enjoyed my time at "Pancake Corner and Coffee Club" until my nail appointment, I headed straight to the nail salon. The salon, a small and cute shop, offered a range of services including nail treatments, eyelash work, and hair braiding. Upon my arrival, the manicurist was already waiting. Without wasting any time, I took a seat and began contemplating the myriad of styles available. However, simplicity appealed to me, and I opted for a clean and understated look. I chose a cloudy white shade, not too flashy but elegant in its simplicity.

Once I made my choice, I handed it over to the skilled manicurist, ready to relax and let them work their magic on my nails. The cozy atmosphere of the small salon combined with the anticipation of well-done nails created a pleasant experience, turning an unexpected break into a delightful pampering session.

With my manicure completed, I couldn't help but feel thoroughly satisfied with the result. The technician then suggested I move to a semi-sitting and reclining chair for the pedicure. As I settled into the chair, the technician inquired about the color I desired for my pedicure. Opting for a soft and light pink shade, I watched as the technician skillfully started working on my toenails. The process unfolded with a relaxing rhythm, and I found myself immersed in the experience.

It took about an hour for the technician to finish both the manicure and pedicure, but the end result was worth every minute. Admiring my beautifully done nails, I felt a sense of rejuvenation and satisfaction. The impromptu decision to indulge in some self-care at the nail salon turned out to be a delightful escape, leaving me with not only beautiful nails but also a refreshed and pampered feeling.

Before heading home, I decided to make a quick stop at the bathroom. Even the restroom was beautifully decorated, adding to the overall aesthetic of the place. The walkway leading to the bathroom offered picturesque scenes, making it a perfect spot for capturing beautiful photos.
