Yesterday, after my husband and I celebrated Christmas with a delightful lunch at Hohiho Restaurant & Cafe Phuket, we found ourselves with about two hours to spare before picking up our son from school. So, we decided to stop by Ricco Gelato, a cozy ice cream and gelato café known for its homemade treats. I visit this place quite often because it’s conveniently located near my son’s school, making it a perfect spot for a quick indulgence. 🍦☕
Located in Dusit Buri Village, near Phuket Rajabhat University, Ricco Gelato not hard to miss. It’s just a short distance from the security post, and as you drive into the village, the café stands out on the right with its striking red spiral staircase, visible from afar. This small yet charming café is full of photogenic spots—from the entrance and side areas to every corner inside. It’s truly a haven for anyone who loves taking selfies and sharing them on social media. 📸✨

On the left-hand side, you’ll find the ice cream counter showcasing a variety of delicious flavors. Before ordering, you’re welcome to sample as many flavors as you’d like, which is always a fun experience! All the ice cream here is homemade, crafted entirely in-house with great care. And let me tell you—the ice cream is absolutely delicious! 🍦✨
This time, I decided to try one of their Christmas-themed pastries instead of ice cream. The pastry I ordered was beautifully decorated with a red strawberry crafted into a snowman, sitting atop a delicious layer of chocolate. It looked almost too adorable to eat, but of course, I couldn’t resist! 🎅🍓🍫
