Healthier Breakfast

Three pieces of small bananas, cut it , put in a bowl. Adding fresh milk to enhance the balance taste and benefits. Then, to have a crunchy bites, I added a little amount of corn flakes. If you have no high blood sugar , we can add sugar on it. To make it better, its nice without sugar at all. The banana is sweet and taste the natural aroma and sweetness desires from the fruit. The cornflakes has no sugar taste on it. So if you like sweets, just add enough sugar.
