Chicken Gizzard For Lunch

I am not a gizzard lover but tried cooking it today. They said, it's better to be fried but I tried my version. Stir fry the onion and garlic until golden brown, add the ginger, add the chicken gizzard. Cover until it turned tender. Add tiny amount of viinegar soy sauce and tomato paste. Do not forget to add chicken cube to have the best taste Add a little of water and done.

You can add carrots and bell pepper if you have it.. It is just optional.
