One of the best recipe of my sister today and I watch her making the batter. It is made up of dessicated coconut, flour, eggs, vanilla, evacuated milk and baking powder. She mixes it together until the batter become fluffy.
Bring it to the oven for 35 minutes for baking. Then, she prepared condensed milk and evaporated milk in a bowl. After baking the cake, cool it down and pour the liquid mixture made of milk.
Before it dried up, sprinkle the peelled peanuts on the top and bring it to the oven again for 5minutes and done.
You can serve this with unsweetened coffee, because the cake is already sweet. It is so yummy and if you tasted the macaroons of goldilock, this recipe is so much better than that .
