Dessicated Coconut Cake

A trial cake using dessicated coconut with a little amount of flour. The procedure is just like baking a cake by using baking powder and evaporated milk. She also used vanilla to give the best aroma. The baking will only took 30 minutes . Set aside for a seconds and drop all the condensed milk on the top of the cake. Let the milk penetrate to the deepest part and cool it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes and served with unsweetened coffee. This is a good snack in the cold afternoon.

The first time baking of this cake turned into a delicious and perfect cake and we can have it in our new years day party.
