Halo-halo is one of people's summertime desserts. In Philippine, the name means “mix" in Tagalog is halo. It is the refreshing dish with shaved ice and condensed milk on top of the ingredients. The end result that packs in lots of textures, from chewy to crunchy, creamy to sticky.
It's 's layered dessert, every person has a different preference on how to eat halo-halo. There are people mix it all up so that they get chunks of ice mixed with the ice cream. It preserves all in one bite. For me I like to eat the ice cream first and mix it all at once.
same here. I don't like mixing the ice cream so I always eat it first. same thing if there's a lecheflan on top 😊
