There are so many story and different suggestions about the benefits of the boiled eggs. There are people who are against on it and some are positively giving insight for eating two boiled eggs. After reading and understand what wekipedia said, I am no longer curious about it. I knew the real benefits and how to take it in a right procedures.
I have my walking everyday in the afternoon so I need enough strength. I lessen my eating habit at noontime or lunch but I eat two hard boiled eggs at 3pm before taking my walk in the afternoon. Every 5 pm, I would be walking from home to the park of the village.
That's the power of boiled eggs for my bones, brain and heart. The cholesterol of the eggs is helpful for it
