Early blessings once again when my cousin from the province arrived bringing ripe banana. I cooked it and it turned perfect. Banana in the city is too expensive. It is better to buy the ready-to-eat than buying the uncooked one. It will double the cost.
I removed the peeling and sliced. Then I did deep frying to have a great result. I used clean oil too. It is so simple but just be careful when the oil poops up into our face.
Banana has a lot of benefits. I heard it helps to cure heart disease. It is so sweet but safe for diabetic people.
Look at how perfect my banana and ready to eat for a healthy snack. My family enjoyed eating while watching movie.
