Lechon pork is usually prepared when there are important occasions in every Filipino. That's a habit, especially for birthdays and Christmas.
But, if the family wants to eat and only have a little at home, there are times to buy per kilo. There are now retail vendors. And the other day, after I was jogging, I thought of buying for our dinner. So I went to the place where I bought the best one. The taste from the skin to the meat inside was satisfying. The crunchy skin keeps me craving to have more.
This coming Christmas I plan to have whole lechon on the table.
