Would you believe that I can perfectly cook like a crispy pata at home? Well, it is so simple procedure . The first ingredients of cooking food for my family is love. It could bring the best taste they ever wanted for a life time.
Slightly bring it to boil shortly before mixing all the ingredients. Just like you are marinating the meat with spices we have and don't forget the salt while boiling it. Drain the excess water to avoid the oil getting mad on it. You know what I meant to say. Use clean oil in frying the meat to have the best taste and meet your desired crunch. You can reuse the used oil in cooking this for only once and throw it for the third time of using.
